Job summary

Valeris seeks a Program Manager to act as the primary client liaison, driving program execution across brands and ensuring financial oversight. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on time and within budget.

You will develop therapeutic area expertise, monitor KPIs, and support vendor relationships while delivering strategic guidance to maximize program performance and client value.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication skills, including verbal and written.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Access, OneNote).
• Budget management and/or financial accounting skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of time.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client relationship manager, ensuring program execution on time, within scope and budget.
• Monitor funding, claims workflow, trackers, and SNOW tickets; ensure audit readiness.
• Lead weekly client meetings, document minutes, and drive action items.
• Prepare weekly automated reports and insights; review core program metrics and budgets.
• Oversee invoicing, SOW reviews, and monthly/quarterly/annual program activities.
• Coordinate quarterly and annual governance activities (QBRs, accruals, BRDs) and provide mentorship.
• Support cross-functional teams and maintain strong internal/external stakeholder collaboration.
