Valeris is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the primary client relationship manager across assigned brands, delivering programs on time, within scope and on budget while maintaining exceptional service.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, track KPIs, and prepare quarterly reviews. Strong communication and project-management skills are essential in a fast-paced healthcare context.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in business, accounting, marketing and/or healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry preferred.
• 3–4 years of project or program management experience.
• Exceptional communication skills, including verbal and written.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with collaboration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word).
• Organized and detail-oriented with effective time management.
• Budget management and/or financial accounting skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Mansioni

• Serve as the primary client relationship manager across assigned brands and ensure program execution on time, within scope and budget.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Monitor program budgets, invoicing, and financial reporting; maintain trackers and SNOW tickets as needed.
• Prepare weekly/bi-weekly updates, dashboards and quarterly QBR-ready data.
• Manage weekly client and internal stakeholder meetings and document decisions and action items.
• Identify KPIs, analyze trends, and provide actionable recommendations to improve program performance.
• Oversee escalation tracking, invoicing accuracy, and contract-related tasks.
