Job summary

Valeris is a fully integrated life sciences commercialization partner helping clients bring innovative therapies to patients. The Program Manager will serve as the primary client relationship manager, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver programs on time, within scope, and on budget while driving strategic guidance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, healthcare, or related field.
• 3–4 years of project or program management experience.
• Exceptional communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Program maintenance and updates ensuring tasks are completed on time and within timelines.
• Monitor funding, track POs, and ensure billing readiness.
• Review claims workflow and escalate as needed to avoid delays.
• Maintain trackers and tickets (ServiceNow) and ensure audit readiness.
• Oversee communications and escalation tracking to close out issues.
