Job summary

Valeris in the United States seeks a Program Manager to serve as the primary client liaison and drive program execution across assigned brands. You will manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional delivery with a focus on exceptional service and operational excellence.

You will develop deep expertise in therapeutics, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and provide strategic guidance to optimize program performance and brand value for life sciences customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or pharmaceutical field.
• 3–4 years of project/program management experience.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead program governance, align scope with client objectives and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendor relationships for on-time delivery.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain strong client relations and ensure operational excellence.
