Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the main client relationship manager for designated brands. You will drive program execution, financial oversight, and business analysis while coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on time and within budget.

You will develop deep expertise in therapeutic areas, guide strategic decisions, and use data-driven insights to maximize program performance and client value. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in business, accounting, marketing and/or healthcare/pharma.
• PMP or similar project management certification preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing programs with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client relationship manager for assigned brands and ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery.
• Monitor program funding, claims, budgets and timelines; provide actionable insights.
• Lead weekly and monthly governance; prepare meeting materials and track decisions.
• Oversee invoicing, contracts, and SOW alignment; drive continuous program improvements.
