Valeris seeks a Program Manager to serve as the primary client relationship manager, driving program execution, financial oversight, and cross-functional collaboration across assigned brands. You will deliver solutions on time, within scope, and on budget while ensuring exceptional client service and operational excellence.

You will develop deep expertise in therapeutic areas, monitor KPIs, manage vendor relationships, and lead weekly client meetings.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in business, accounting, marketing and/or healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry, graduate degree and/or additional certifications including PMP preferred
• 3-4 years of project or program management experience
• Experience with Valeris systems and services (preferred)
• Exceptional communication skills, including verbal and written
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while collaborating
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Access, OneNote)

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary client relationship manager, driving program execution within scope and budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on time and with exceptional client service.
• Monitor program metrics, budget, and invoicing; manage vendor and partner relationships.
• Lead weekly client meetings, document decisions, and track action items.
• Oversee monthly invoicing, budget updates, and quarterly/annual reporting.
• Ensure compliance with SOWs and ServiceNow tickets, and maintain audit-ready trackers.
