Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the primary client relationship manager, overseeing program execution, budget and cross‑functional collaboration across brands. You will work with clients and internal teams to deliver solutions on time and on budget while ensuring exceptional service.

You will develop expertise in therapeutic areas, monitor KPIs, guide strategic decisions, manage vendor relationships, and prepare for quarterly reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, marketing and/or healthcare, or pharma industry; PMP preferred.
• 3–4 years of project or program management experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Internal applicants with Valeris systems experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead program governance and manage client relationships across brands.
• Oversee budget, invoices, and monthly financials.
• Coordinate weekly and quarterly program reviews and metrics.
• Ensure timely delivery of tasks, issues tracking, and escalation management.
• Mentor peers and provide leadership.
