Valeris is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the primary client relationship manager, overseeing program execution, funding, and performance across assigned brands. You will liaise with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on time and within budget, ensuring exceptional client service and operational excellence.

The role requires deep therapeutic area expertise, strategic guidance, and data-driven insights to maximize program performance and brand value across healthcare initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, marketing and/or healthcare or pharmaceutical industry; graduate degree and/or PMP preferred.
• 3–4 years of project or program management experience.
• Exceptional communication skills, including verbal and written, to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment within a highly collaborative team.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Access, OneNote).
• Organized and detail-oriented with effective time management skills.
• Budget management and/or financial accounting skills.
• Ability to take initiative and anticipate needs.
• Ability to travel up to 10% (local and out-of-town).

Responsabilidades

• Lead program management activities for assigned brands, ensuring on-time, on-scope, on-budget delivery.
• Manage client relationships, cross-functional teams, and performance reporting.
• Maintain program trackers, dashboards, and incident tickets for audit readiness.
• Prepare accruals, budgets, and SOW alignment; support quarterly business reviews.
