Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Program Manager to act as the primary client relationship manager, driving program execution and financial oversight. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensure on‑time delivery, and manage budgets across assigned brands.

You will develop deep expertise in therapeutic areas, monitor KPIs, and provide strategic guidance to maximize program performance. Strong communication and collaborative skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, marketing and/or healthcare; PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage program maintenance, updates, launches, and business rule changes within established timelines.
• Monitor funding for accounts daily to ensure POs are funded for billing.
• Review claims workflow and tickets to prevent stalled claims and ensure timely processing.
• Maintain trackers, tickets, and LOE scoping forms to stay audit-ready.
• Lead weekly client meetings, develop agendas, and distribute minutes.
