Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the primary client relationship manager and drive program execution across assigned brands. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on time, within scope, and on budget while ensuring exceptional client service and operational excellence.

You will develop deep therapeutic area expertise, provide strategic guidance, monitor KPIs, and manage vendor relationships to maximize program performance and brand value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, marketing and/or healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry required.
• 3–4 years of project or program management experience required.
• Exceptional communication skills, including verbal and written, with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a cross-functional team.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% to support client sites and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update programs, ensure timely execution and accurate tracking.
• Monitor funding for VPC accounts and ensure billing readiness.
• Review claims workflow and escalate/address stalled items promptly.
• Update trackers and maintain SNOW tickets and LOE scoping forms.
• Lead weekly client meetings, prepare agendas and document decisions.
