Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks a remote-based Key Account Manager to grow strategic life sciences accounts. You will drive value-based selling, manage complex customer relationships, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver Cytiva solutions that advance therapeutics and bioprocessing.

Ideal candidates will have 8+ years in life sciences sales, strong negotiation and forecasting skills, and experience with Salesforce CRM.

Qualifications

Educational background as specified (Life Sciences or related field)
8+ years of sales experience in life sciences/bioprocessing or related industry
Customer-focused with consultative sales approach
Strong sales forecasting, CRM usage, and closing capabilities
Excellent English communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

Drive account growth and market share through territory planning and value-based selling
Lead negotiations for pricing, contracts, and agreements with key accounts
Collaborate with technical teams to develop solutions addressing customer needs
Build and manage relationships with decision-makers at multiple levels
Forecast sales and report progress using CRM tools like Salesforce.com
