Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Life Sciences, Business, or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• A minimum of 8 years of sales experience in the life sciences/bioprocessing or related industry.
• Proven ability to manage complex B2B accounts and drive business growth.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English with strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive account growth and market share through territory planning, account management, and value-based selling.
• Lead negotiations for pricing, contracts, and agreements with key accounts to meet Cytiva's objectives.
• Collaborate with technical specialists to understand workflows and develop tailored solutions.
• Build and manage relationships with decision-makers at various levels within customer organizations.
• Forecast sales and manage the funnel using CRM tools to report on opportunities.
