Job summary

Clarivate is seeking a Digital Account Manager for its Life Science & Healthcare team. You will drive sales, upsell within SMBs across Europe/EMEA, and maintain CRM-driven forecasting. A Life Sciences background and Salesforce experience help you position our pharma solutions effectively.

The role supports remote work from the US East Coast, with core business hours across time zones and a focus on customer success and retention.

Qualifications

3–5 years of sales experience in life sciences or SaaS.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, relevant work experience.
Experience selling to SMBs in Europe or EMEA.
Knowledge of the Life Sciences/pharmaceutical industry.
Knowledge of software/information solutions for pharma.
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRMs.

Responsibilities

Achieve sales goals by meeting targets and upselling opportunities.
Provide accurate sales forecasts to management.
Collaborate with small-scale customers via calls, webinars, and digital channels.
Continuously learn Clarivate products and services to position solutions.
Engage in webinars and online demos, sharing insights with the team.
Maintain remote meeting volumes as directed by Sales Management.
Identify new opportunities within existing customers.
