Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Director, Client Partner for Life & Annuities. You will build executive relationships, translate business challenges into AI/data-enabled solutions, and drive revenue growth across a portfolio.

This remote senior role requires 10+ years in sales or account management within insurance, with strong leadership and P&L oversight. You’ll lead end-to-end engagements and collaborate with delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Deep domain expertise in Life & Annuities insurance.
• Proven track record in strategic account management or enterprise sales in insurance.
• Experience connecting AI and data conversations to business value.
• Knowledge of policy admin systems and/or distribution systems.
• 10+ years in P&L, Sales, or Account Management.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with senior stakeholders in Life & Annuities organizations.
• Serve as a strategic advisor translating client challenges into Data, Cloud, AI, and Digital solutions.
• Develop and execute account plans for growth, delivery excellence, and client satisfaction.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities and position EPAM for success.
• Lead full sales lifecycle from opportunity through proposal, negotiation, and close.
