Job summary

Filevine, a Legal AI company, seeks a Legal Solutions Engineer for Enterprise and Strategic deals. You'll partner with Account Executives, diagnose client workflows, and translate complex product concepts for legal buyers.

This embedded role spans the full sales cycle, including on-site discovery and executive meetings. You'll sit with sophisticated buyers, craft credible solution narratives, and work across sales, product, and marketing to ensure market messaging aligns with product reality.

Qualifications

• We seek candidates at the intersection of legal practice and technology with relevant experience in big law or legal ops.
• Experience in or with ALSPs, legal tech, or in-house tool development is valued.
• Strong communication skills to translate between technical teams, marketing, and legal buyers.
• Demonstrated interest in and fluency with legal technology and AI, including knowledge-management work or thought leadership.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives across the full sales cycle on Enterprise and Strategic opportunities, participating in discovery.
• Lead consultative discovery with sophisticated legal buyers to understand practice, workflows, and pain points before positioning a solution.
• Prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to each prospect's practice area and buying committee.
• Translate complex product concepts for legal and technical audiences to earn credibility with attorneys and firm leadership.
• Research and recommend the right combination of Filevine solutions, including LOIS, to address customer needs.
• Influence closing and win rates with the sales team, and travel for on-site discovery, demos, and executive meetings.
