Filevine is hiring a Legal Solutions Engineer focused on Enterprise and Strategic deals. You will partner with Account Executives to position Filevine’s case management, AI, and contract management solutions to large law firms, insurers, and corporate legal teams.

Unlike traditional SE roles, you’ll be embedded across the full sales cycle, diagnosing client workflows and translating needs into defensible product narratives. Travel weekly to client sites and events is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience at the intersection of legal practice and technology.
• Knowledge-management or legal-tech innovation experience.
• Strong ability to translate between technical product teams, marketing, and customer-facing audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives across the full sales cycle on Enterprise and Strategic opportunities.
• Lead consultative discovery with sophisticated legal buyers to understand workflows and pain points.
• Prepare and deliver product demonstrations tailored to prospect’s practice area.
• Translate complex concepts for legal and technical audiences to build credibility.
• Research and recommend optimal solution sets including LOIS for each customer.
• Influence closing and win rates in collaboration with the sales team.
• Travel frequently for on-site discovery sessions, demos, and executive meetings.
