Filevine, a Legal AI company delivering operating intelligence for the future of legal work, is seeking a Legal Solutions Engineer. You will help Account Executives demonstrate complex SaaS solutions to law firms and corporations, explaining concepts clearly to both non-technical and technical audiences.

You will stay curious, quickly learn new offerings, and drive strong results within a fast-growing team.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities with clients and team members.
• Ability to listen to customer needs and recommend effective solutions on the fly.
• Comfort with presenting technical concepts to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist AEs in presenting Filevine to law firms and corporate clients.
• Deliver dynamic storytelling demonstrations of Filevine products.
• Take a consultative approach with prospective and current clients.
• Interact with prospects alongside sales reps to determine requirements.
• Deepen understanding of Filevine offerings and suggest solutions.
