Job summary

Integra is seeking a Legal Operations & Contracts Manager to lead intake, NDA administration, contract lifecycle management, and repository governance. You’ll coordinate with Finance, Procurement, IT, and Commercial teams to improve cycle times and ensure accurate records.

This on-site role is based in the far North Dallas/West Plano area and requires strong MS 365, SharePoint, and project-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Five+ years in legal operations, contract administration, or corporate legal departments.
• Experience managing large contract portfolios and repositories.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and Power BI.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Contract intake and prioritization, tracking, and escalation.
• NDA program ownership, templates, and lifecycle management.
• Contract lifecycle administration from intake to renewal and termination.
• Repository and records management with metadata and retention policy adherence.
• Signature workflows, closing coordination, and DAO-compliant approvals.
• Develop and maintain legal operations workflows and CLM/tech platforms.
• Cross-functional coordination with Finance, Procurement, PM, Commercial, HR, and IT.
