Job summary

Nearmap is seeking a Manager, Legal Operations & Compliance to lead the legal ops team, own the legal tech stack (including Jira, Conga/CPQ/CLM, Checkbox, Agiloft, DocuSign, Salesforce), and drive scalable processes across Sales, Revenue Ops, Customer Success, and Finance. You will manage contract drafting, review NDAs, and support global governance and privacy programs in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Paralegal studies or diploma in law with 4+ years in legal operations.
• Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts including IP, licensing, SaaS and privacy.
• Experience administering contract lifecycle management and legal workflow platforms.
• Strong analytical, data-driven approach and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the legal operations team and manage the tech stack (Jira, Conga/CPQ/CLM, Checkbox, Agiloft, DocuSign, Salesforce).
• Own RFQ/RFP processes and triage the legal intake queue for efficient submissions.
• Serve as primary approver on Salesforce quotes requiring legal review.
• Oversee entity management, contracting management, and insurance programs.
• Define legal ops KPIs and dashboards to guide resourcing and improvements.
