Job summary

Partner Engineering & Science, Inc. is seeking a Legal Contracts Manager to oversee the contract management process, legal documents, and related administration. You will liaise with internal teams, external counsel, clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies to ensure accurate and timely contracts.

The role emphasizes drafting, reviewing, negotiating agreements, and supporting insurance, litigation, and corporate governance tasks while maintaining organized files and calendars.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal contract management, legal operations, contract administration, or a related legal field.
• Experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Experience managing outside counsel and coordinating legal matters preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, revise, negotiate, and manage a wide variety of contracts, including client consulting agreements, independent contractor agreements, vendor and third‑party contracts, confidentiality and non‑disclosure agreements, and service and professional consulting agreements.
• Ensure contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements, and risk management standards.
• Maintain contract records and monitor key terms, obligations, renewals, and deadlines.
• Support contract negotiations and coordinate revisions with internal stakeholders and external parties.
• Manage the delivery of legal documentation and services to internal and external clients, including assisting with litigation support and discovery requests.
