Intuitive seeks a Senior Technical Business Systems Analyst – Legal Systems to partner with Legal Leadership and Legal Operations, owning the end-to-end platform strategy and roadmap.

You will translate priorities into scalable configurations, manage integrations, data governance, and vendor relationships, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.

This role blends legal domain insight with technical design, leading implementations from discovery to go-live and ensuring audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior advisor on technology strategy, systems roadmap, and process transformation.
• Co-own Legal Systems roadmap aligned to Legal Ops and IT strategy.
• Lead governance, release strategy, and vendor management.
• Translate complex legal requirements into scalable configurations and workflows.
• Design integrations between legal systems and ERP/CRM/HRIS platforms.
• Lead end-to-end implementations from discovery through go-live and stabilization.
