Qualifications

• Experience designing scalable leave processes and compliance controls.
• Proven ability to manage leave programs and ensure regulatory alignment (FMLA, ADA).
• Strong data reporting, auditing, and process improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable leave processes and compliance controls.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of internal leave analysts and third‑party administrators.
• Manage end-to-end leave processes including medical, family, military, and personal leaves.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations including FMLA and ADA.
• Serve as SME on complex regulatory matters and reasonable accommodations, engaging HR and Legal teams.
• Regularly review and update leave policies to reflect changes in laws and best practices.
• Conduct audits of leave and accommodation practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.
