Job summary

Fujifilm USA is seeking an experienced Leave of Absence Manager to oversee all leaves and reasonable accommodations. You will ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, PWFA, and state laws while guiding process improvements and data reporting.

The role acts as a liaison between LOA teams and vendors across all businesses in the company. The position requires 10+ years in leave/HR operations, with deep regulatory expertise and strong collaboration with HR, Legal, payroll, and benefits teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fields.
• 10+ years of progressive benefits experience, including leave management and HR operations.
• Deep expertise in FMLA, ADA, PWFA, and multi-state leave laws.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable leave processes and compliance controls.
• Oversee internal leave analysts and third-party administrators.
• Manage end-to-end leave processes including medical, family, military, and personal leaves.
• Ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA and related laws.
• Develop data reporting and analytics for leadership on leave usage and compliance.
• Collaborate with payroll, benefits, and legal teams to process leaves and benefits.
• Provide enterprise training on leave policies and procedures.
