Job summary

Fujifilm is seeking a seasoned Leave of Absence Manager to govern enterprise-wide leave programs, ensuring compliance with FMLA, ADA and related laws. You will lead internal teams and partner with vendors to optimize processes, reporting, and data integrity across multiple states.

You’ll drive policy updates, audits, and training, collaborating with payroll, benefits and legal to deliver a seamless leave experience for employees and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fields.
• 10+ years of progressive benefits experience, including at least 7 years in leave management, leave administration, and HR operations, with demonstrated leadership experience and strong knowledge of multi-state leave and benefits compliance.
• Deep expertise in federal and state disability and leave laws (FMLA, ADA, PWFA, etc.)
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and the ability to train management on absence management policies.
• Proficiency with HR management platforms and leave case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable leave processes and compliance controls that promote enterprise-wide consistency while accommodating regional needs.
• Manage day-to-day operations of internal leave analysts and third-party administrators, monitoring performance, data integrity, and service delivery.
• Manage the end-to-end leave process, including medical, family, military, and personal leaves.
• Ensure all leave administration adheres to federal, state, and local regulations, including FMLA and ADA.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for complex regulatory matters and reasonable accommodations, engaging HR and Legal.
• Review and update company leave and accommodation policies to reflect legal changes and best practices.
• Conduct audits of leave and accommodation practices to ensure compliance and recommend process improvements.
• Develop and deliver enterprise training programs on leave and accommodation policies and reporting.
• Collaborate with payroll, benefits, and legal teams to ensure seamless processing of leaves and benefits.
• Provide regular reports and analytics to senior leadership on leave usage, accommodations, and compliance trends.
