Job summary

JLL is seeking a Sales Lead for Integrated Portfolio Solutions in the Leasing Advisory space. This role drives revenue growth for the IPS platform across middle-market and mid-cap clients, leading a pursuit team with cross-functional leaders and support staff.

Ideal candidates have proven sales outcomes, strategic problem-solving abilities, and established credibility in the commercial real estate community. A base+uncapped bonus is offered, with no visa sponsorship.

• Proven credibility in the Brokerage and Leasing Advisory community.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development, client development, and client relationship management for the IPS Business Lines with focus on leasing advisory and transaction management.
• Create systematic target lists based on TAM, geography, and sales team expertise.
• Prioritize prospects based on tiering methodology and partner with Sales Enablement to define pursuit strategy.
• Oversee distribution of targets with Broker Leads and Industry Leads to identify Best Team on the Field.
• Develop sales strategies, identify client needs, align to pain points, and determine solutions and pricing for leasing and portfolio optimization services.
• Communicate how our products and services solve client needs, including digital products.
• Maintain knowledge of competitive environment and workplace trends affecting client needs.
• Generate multi-service opportunities with Brokers nationally across Markets leveraging leasing advisory expertise.
