Job summary

JLL is seeking a Sales Lead for Integrated Portfolio Solutions to drive revenue growth in leasing advisory and portfolio optimization. The role leads pursuit teams with brokers, leads and SMEs to assemble strategic proposals and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development, client development, and client relationships for IPS Leasing Advisory.
• Create target lists based on TAM, geography, and sales expertise.
• Prioritize prospects and define pursuit strategy with Sales Enablement.
• Oversee targets distribution with Brokers and Industry Leads.
• Develop sales strategies aligning needs with solutions and pricing.
• Communicate product offerings to meet client needs and future demands.
• Maintain knowledge of competitive landscape and workplace trends.
• Generate multi-service opportunities with Brokers nationwide.
• Coordinate pursuit activities and RFP materials.
• Lead local and national pursuits for IPS and Work Dynamics leaders.
• Anticipate deal obstacles using experience and feedback.
• Assess market trends and risks in sales processes.
