Job summary

JLL is seeking a Sales Lead for Integrated Portfolio Solutions within Leasing Advisory. The role drives revenue growth for the IPS platform across middle-market clients, leading a pursuit team that includes Business Line Leaders, Brokerage Leaders, SMEs, and marketing support to craft proposals and pricing.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record delivering multi-service solutions in commercial real estate, established market credibility, and strong leadership and presentation skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and client relationship management for IPS Leasing Advisory
• Create target lists based on TAM and geographic location
• Oversee pursuit strategy with cross-functional teams
• Develop sales strategies and pricing for leasing and portfolio optimization services
• Coordinate proposals, presentations and RFP materials
• Lead local and national new business pursuits for IPS
• Identify risks and unblock deals through past experience and stakeholder input
