Job summary

JLL is seeking a Sales Lead for Integrated Portfolio Solutions within Leasing Advisory to drive revenue growth across middle-market and mid-cap clients. You will lead pursuit teams, develop strategic sales plans, and coordinate brokers and leaders to win multi-service opportunities.

Ideal candidates have market credibility in commercial real estate, strong change management skills, and a proven track record in new business development.

Qualifications

• Dynamic leader with credibility in brokerage and leasing advisory.
• Demonstrated ability to create multi-service offerings and manage cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for internal and external sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development, client development, and client relationship management for IPS Leasing Advisory and transaction management.
• Create target lists by TAM, geography and sales expertise; prioritize prospects and define pursuit strategy.
• Coordinate pursuit resources to develop proposals, presentations and RFP materials.
• Lead local and national new business pursuits for IPS and Work Dynamics leadership teams.
• Identify market trends, diagnose challenges and anticipate deal-level risks in sales processes.
• Communicate how products and services address client needs and future trends.
