JLL is seeking a Sales Lead for Integrated Portfolio Solutions within Leasing Advisory. The role drives revenue growth across middle-market clients, leading pursuit teams and shaping pricing and strategy for leasing and portfolio optimization services.

The ideal candidate brings established market credibility in brokerage and leasing advisory, with proven new business development and cross-functional leadership in a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead pursuit teams and win multi-service assignments.
• Strong credibility within the brokerage and leasing advisory community.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for internal and external sales.
• Experience developing target lists, pricing, and pursuit strategies.
• Proven track record of new business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and client relationship management for IPS Leasing advisory.
• Create target lists by TAM, location, and sales expertise.
• Coordinate cross-functional pursuit teams for proposals and RFPs.
• Develop strategies aligning client needs with leasing and portfolio solutions.
• Identify risks and help navigate deal-level challenges.
• Represent IPS services across national markets and client engagements.
