Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas is seeking a Learning and Talent Development Specialist to support learning and development programs across the Americas. You will serve as a COE for L&D, coordinating training committees, driving upskilling, and advancing digital learning initiatives while partnering with HR and cross-functional teams.

You will design, deliver, and manage impactful learning solutions, manage training records, and support leadership in talent planning and transformation initiatives,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Training and Talent Development or a related field.
• Solid understanding of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Excellent facilitation, public speaking, and presentation skills, with in-person and livestream delivery.

Responsibilities

• Execute cross-site and region Learning & Development operations and initiatives.
• Develop annual learning and development roadmaps aligned with business needs.
• Conduct training needs analysis, vendor evaluation, and training material development.
• Lead regional learning activities including logistics, communications, vendor coordination, and facilitator management.
• Support design and implementation of training frameworks and development roadmaps.
• Utilize LMS, Academy, and other platforms to administer training records.
• Provide consultation for a broad range of learning and talent development issues.
• Monitor and maintain training records and metrics for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate HR-related training analysis, audits, and reporting for compliance.
• Support leadership in talent planning and succession planning.
• Partner with HR to execute Leadership Development and Talent Development programs.
