Job summary

Helix Electric Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Learning & Development to champion enterprise-wide developmental initiatives, set learning strategy and drive training that upskills the organization.

Reporting to the Head of Learning and Organizational Development, you will collaborate with business units to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and maintain high standards across program delivery. Qualifications

• 8-10 years of learning or leadership development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, L&D, OD, Education, Business or related field.
• Ability to partner with executive leaders to translate priorities into development initiatives.
• Experience leading enterprise learning programs and initiatives.
• Experience managing projects, priorities, resources and budgets across multiple workstreams.
• Proficient with MS Office; tech-savvy and agility in learning new systems.
• Construction industry experience preferred.
• Experience with course authoring tools (Articulate 360 including Rise & Storyline, Camtasia) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of learning strategy aligned to business needs.
• Design and develop learning programs and materials with SMEs and external vendors.
• Collaborate with L&OD to leverage resources and LMS capabilities.
• Monitor training activities and content; propose solutions.
• Measure program effectiveness and use insights to improve impact.
• Partner with leadership on assessments, talent planning and career pathing initiatives.
• Lead learning programs from planning to delivery and budgeting.
• Manage internal and external resources for training delivery.
• Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed.
• Travel ~30% to regional offices, jobsites, meetings and training events.
