Delta Electronics Americas is seeking a Training Specialist to organize and deliver training for Delta employees, ASP technicians, and customers across classroom and onsite settings. You will create training materials with Global Technical Support and measure training impact while maintaining records of certifications.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering (or equivalent) with 3–5 years of service or training experience, advanced interpersonal and presentation skills, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent with 3–5 years of experience in service support or training roles.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation abilities for training employees, customers and partners.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and MS Office tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Organize and conduct training sessions for Delta employees, ASP technicians, first-responders, and sales partners.
• Develop and formalize training materials with Global Technical Support into cohesive programs.
• Deliver information through lectures and hands-on training; measure effectiveness of sessions.
• Maintain training records and certifications from third-party courses.
• Provide technical support and disseminate product updates to field teams and sales.
• Promote Delta products and services to generate leads for partners.
• Collaborate with Product and Area managers to design refresher training.
