Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas seeks a Business HR Partner to serve as an embedded HR strategic advisor within an SBP; you will move HR from transactional to strategic, owning the end-to-end people agenda and partnering with senior leaders to accelerate business goals.

The role emphasizes strategic partnership, talent management, workforce planning, and organizational capability, with collaboration across HR COEs to deploy aligned programs and drive change across units.

Qualifications

• MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent from a reputed institution.
• 6–8 years of progressive HR experience, with 3+ years as an HRBP / Strategic HR.
• Demonstrated experience in talent management and succession planning.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive-level influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Partnership: act as the primary HR advisor to the SBP's leadership.
• Translate business strategy into a people and organizational strategy that drives performance.
• Talent Management & Workforce Planning: lead talent reviews and succession planning for critical roles.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition for strategic hiring aligned to growth plans.
• Proactively manage workforce planning including headcount forecasting and org design.
• Organizational Effectiveness & Change Management: drive design reviews and change initiatives.
