Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience
• Experience consulting in a large, complex organization
• Strong business acumen and executive influence

• Partner with business and HR leaders to prioritize learning initiatives
• Design, develop, deploy and measure learning programs and campaigns
• Facilitate conversations with senior leaders using data-driven insights
