Huntington Bancshares, Inc. is seeking a Senior Learning & Organizational Development Consultant to lead strategic learning, performance, and organizational initiatives that strengthen workforce capability.

You will partner with leaders, HR, Talent and enterprise stakeholders to design scalable solutions, implement from discovery to measurement, and drive adoption through reinforcement and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Talent Development, Performance Consulting, Workforce Capability, or a related discipline.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from discovery through implementation, measurement, and continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a trusted consultant to business leaders, HR partners, and talent stakeholders on Learning, performance, and workforce capability needs.
• Diagnose business, performance, and workforce needs and clarify the outcomes the organization is trying to achieve.
• Challenge assumptions and determine whether a need requires learning, performance support, process improvement, leader enablement, communication, change support, or another solution.
• Recommend practical learning, performance, and workforce capability solutions and influence decisions without direct authority.
• Navigate ambiguity, competing priorities, organizational constraints, and differing stakeholder perspectives.
