Job summary

PNC is seeking a Learning & Talent Development Specialist Senior to lead learning projects and operations. Based in Birmingham, AL (with other US locations), the role supports Compliance learning initiatives and partners with leaders across the enterprise.

You will manage plans, track progress, and ensure high-quality deliverables while leveraging Workday Learning, Excel, Power BI, and AI-enabled process improvements to enhance learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Project management experience with multiple concurrent projects and deadlines.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and independent work ability.
• Excellent communication with senior leaders and teams.
• Experience with LMS, data analysis, and risk-aware decision making.

Responsibilities

• Partner on learning and talent initiatives across programs.
• Design, develop and deliver learning programs for in-person and virtual audiences.
• Monitor progress and evaluate strategy effectiveness over time.
• Build strategic relationships with internal and external partners.
• Drive innovation by applying trends and enabling AI-enabled improvements.
