Job summary

BDO USA, P.A. is seeking a P&C Project Manager, Learning & Development to oversee Learning & Development projects from planning through implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, required.
• Three or more years of experience in learning and supporting adult continuing education in a corporate environment, required.
• Experience managing the work of direct and/or indirect reports, required.
• Experience with program management as well as both e-learning and face-to-face training from concept to application, required.
• Experience at a professional services firm, required, in a corporate environment (accounting, consulting or advisory, etc.), preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads the planning, execution, and delivery of select projects, ensuring alignment with goals and timelines.
• Collaborates with National L&D teams and stakeholders to set goals and support learning initiatives across project lifecycles.
• Develops detailed project plans, allocates resources, and monitors progress to maximize resources.
• Supports internal L&D projects such as operating model changes, process enhancements, and tool rollouts.
• Manages dependencies across teams to ensure coordinated execution.
