Job summary

Invesco Ltd. is seeking a Learning & Leadership Development Solutions Lead to drive the end-to-end strategy, design, and execution of a comprehensive learning portfolio aligned with enterprise priorities.

As a strategic thought partner to senior leadership, you will curate diverse learning experiences, manage budgets and vendor contracts, and champion a culture of continuous growth across the organization. This role requires global experience, strong analytics, and AI-enabled learning expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR/OD/Business.
• 7+ years in learning and leadership development with focus on program design.
• Experience with enterprise-wide learning programs in global, matrixed organizations.
• Strong business acumen; align learning with organizational goals.
• Experience with LMS, digital learning platforms, and data analytics tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Adaptable to dynamic environments.
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled learning technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategy, design, and delivery of the learning and leadership development solutions portfolio.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and learning needs.
• Manage relationships with external learning providers and vendors.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and growth across the organization.
• Oversee learning technology platforms, configurations, and analytics.
• Stay abreast of trends in adult learning and AI-enabled tools.
• Ensure operational excellence in enrollment, communications, and governance.
