Job summary

Invesco seeks a Learning & Leadership Development Solutions Lead to drive end-to-end strategy, design, and delivery of a comprehensive L&L solutions portfolio aligned with enterprise priorities.

You will partner with HR, Talent, and business leaders to address capability gaps, curate diverse learning experiences, and ensure scalable, data-driven programs across a global, matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in learning and leadership development, with focus on program design.
• Experience managing enterprise-wide learning programs in a global, matrixed organization.
• Experience with LMS, digital learning platforms, and data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategy, design, and delivery of the learning and leadership development solutions portfolio.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to identify capability gaps and learning needs.
• Manage relationships with external providers and oversee budgets and contracts.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and growth across the organization.
• Oversee learning tech platforms, governance, and platform analytics to drive improvement.
