Job summary

Avnet seeks a Learning and Development Consultant to shape growth across the Americas. You will diagnose capability gaps, design and deliver programs, including onboarding and leadership development, and measure impact across e-learning, virtual and in-person formats.

Collaborating with HR and COE teams, you will ensure content quality, govern curricula, and use AI-enabled tools to drive efficient, scalable learning solutions in a hybrid Tempe environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Experience with training assessment, program evaluation and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR and business leaders to assess capability needs and translate priorities into learning solutions.
• Design, develop, deliver and evaluate learning programs across multiple formats.
• Manage governance, ensure content stays current and compliant, and measure ROI.
• Lead leadership development, career paths, and talent mobility initiatives.
