Job summary

PACE Supply Corp. is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to shape the future of learning across our corporate teams, branches, and operations.

You will design impactful programs, lead leadership development, and manage LMS administration to deliver consistent, scalable training that drives real business impact. The role partners with Operations, EHS, and executives to translate business priorities into engaging learning journeys, with travel to branch locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, OD, education, instruction design, business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of progressive L&D experience in a multi-location wholesale, distribution, manufacturing, or operations-focused environment.
• Proven track record designing, delivering, and evaluating leadership, technical, sales, onboarding, and operations training programs.
• Hands-on LMS administration experience (course assignments, tracking, reporting, and compliance documentation).
• Strong facilitation, coaching, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel to branch locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute learning strategies aligned with business and branch/operations needs.
• Conduct training needs assessments across corporate, divisional, and branch levels.
• Design scalable learning programs (instructor-led, virtual, blended, and self-paced).
• Create competency models, career pathways, and curricula for operational, technical, sales, and leadership roles.
• Maintain the training catalog and annual learning calendar.
• Partner with branch and operations leadership to identify frontline training needs.
• Develop and deliver technical product, systems, warehouse, counter, sales, and job-specific training.
• Build and manage train-the-trainer programs to support consistent delivery across locations.
• Support new-hire onboarding and ramp-up at the branch level.
• Design and facilitate leadership development programs for supervisors and managers.
• Support succession planning through targeted learning pathways.
• Provide coaching and consultation to leaders on employee development.
• Administer the Learning Management System, including assignments, tracking, reporting, and documentation.
• Coordinate with EHS for safety and compliance training oversight.
• Coordinate with other leaders to support company-wide training initiatives.
• Manage relationships with external training providers and vendors.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and business metrics.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for learning impact and ROI.
• Continuously improve content and delivery methods based on data.
• Manage the L&D budget and partnerships with leadership.
