Job summary

NRI North America is seeking a Learning and Development Business Partner to own the design, creation, execution, management and evaluation of our skills programs. This role drives team growth, capability development and development programs across the organization, partnering with leaders and subject matter experts to deliver impactful learning initiatives across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, human resources or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in an instructional design role.
• 3–5 years of experience executing and running training programs.
• Experience leveraging AI technologies to create, manage and evaluate learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own scoping of full training-to-evaluation solutions and conduct needs analysis.
• Support leaders and HRBPs with performance management frameworks and evaluation tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect raw content and design effective learning experiences.
• Develop and produce learning, enablement and skills evaluation deliverables and tools.
• Lead launch, execution and ongoing management of programs and initiatives.
• Create surveys, quizzes and diagnostic tools to measure training impact.
• Manage projects with timelines, scope, updates and stakeholder communications.
• Source and partner with external vendors as needed.
