Job summary

You will partner with leaders across the organization to design engaging learning experiences, both in person and virtually, and own the full L&D lifecycle from needs assessment to evaluation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a corporate L&D role.
• Experience delivering learning programs in virtual, in-person, and blended formats.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and measure business impact.

Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate innovative learning solutions across in-person, virtual, and blended formats.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and conduct curriculum audits.
