Job summary

You will manage projects from needs analysis to evaluation and create practical learning materials for classroom, virtual, and blended programs.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of corporate training, learning and development, instructional design, or related field.
• Strong instructional design skills from needs analysis to evaluation.
• Solid facilitation skills for classroom, virtual, and blended learning.
• Ability to manage learning projects from concept to implementation.
• Experience partnering with leaders and subject matter experts.
• Ownership mindset and resourcefulness in a growing L&D function.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, coaching, presentation and planning abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in teams with speed and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning solutions and materials.
• Manage training projects from needs analysis to evaluation.
• Lead classroom, virtual, and blended sessions for employees and leaders.
• Create and maintain facilitator guides, participant materials and eLearning assets.
