Formación

• Progressive experience in corporate, regulatory, or government learning and development with leadership/supervisory roles.
• Documented success managing complex learning programs, curricula, or commissioning pathways.
• Advanced knowledge of adult learning theory, curriculum strategy, and program governance.

Responsabilidades

• Drive and oversee organizational learning and development strategies, ensuring pathways support priorities and capability goals.
• Provide strategic direction and lead a high-performing L&D team, championing initiatives while identifying opportunities for enhancement.
• Act as an L&D architect, defining program objectives, evaluation metrics, and governance, delegating content development to staff.
• Lead development, optimization, and maintenance of learning programs within budget constraints.
• Ensure evaluation mechanisms track learning impact and iterate on programs over time.
• Direct and oversee technical training programs, including the examination commissioning program.
• Monitor program standards, candidate progression, and assessment mechanisms for regulatory alignment.
• Lead system-wide coordination across learning functions with Reserve Banks for cohesive staff development.
• Demonstrate agility in tailoring strategies to regional bank profiles and cross-Reserve Bank collaboration.
• Seek opportunities to partner across boundaries to achieve common objectives.
