Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in organizational development, learning and development, instructional design, education, human resources, business administration, or related field.
• 3 years of related experience.
• 3 years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish and direct the strategy, development, and execution of bank-wide learning initiatives.
• Supervise, train, and mentor staff; provide ongoing performance feedback.
• Oversee delivery of learning programs to support goals, development, and compliance.
• Lead instructional design to keep content current and engaging.
• Oversee LMS optimization and learning technology platforms.
• Partner with senior management to align learning with objectives and strategic priorities.
• Establish learning metrics and KPIs to measure impact and engagement.
• Ensure training meets regulatory requirements and supports product/process changes.
• Manage vendor relationships and learning budgets.
• Maintain professional knowledge through workshops and professional associations.
