Job summary

The Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland is seeking a Learning and Development Consultant to design, deliver, and evaluate enterprise-wide training programs. You will analyze department needs, apply ADDIE, and create engaging learning experiences that drive behavioral change and measurable business outcomes.

This onsite role in Cleveland supports talent development, leadership programs, and vendor management, collaborating with business lines to close learning gaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related work experience OR two years of college and 7 years of related work experience.
• Experience designing learning solutions using ADDIE and adult-learning principles.
• Strong facilitation skills for virtual and in-person sessions.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and learner communications.
• Proficiency with Articulate 360 and multimedia content creation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analysis at departmental and team levels.
• Apply instructional design methodologies (ADDIE) to create effective learning experiences that drive behavioral change and business results.
• Design learning solutions grounded in adult learning theory and evidence-based practices to maximize knowledge retention and application.
• Partner with business lines to identify learning gaps and design solutions to meet business requirements.
• Develop self-paced learning content, job aids, tools, and learning resources.
• Conduct engaging training sessions in virtual and in-person formats.
• Administer behavioral and strengths-based assessments (e.g., DISC, StrengthsFinder).
• Facilitate assessment debrief sessions to support individual and team development.
• Support and manage vendor relationships for organizational learning curricula.
• Manage learner communications and engagement campaigns; evaluate program effectiveness.
• Collaborate on development programs for talent pipeline and leadership development; contribute to enterprise-wide initiatives.
