Job summary

San Francisco Campus for Jewish Living in San Francisco is seeking a Learning and Development Manager to lead a new organization‑wide function within the Human Resources Department. You will develop, implement, evaluate learning strategies, and partner with leaders to align learning with priorities.

Responsibilities include managing the full learning lifecycle, overseeing LMS, evaluating impact, and fostering an inclusive, compliant workforce ready for regulatory readiness and high‑quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, Instructional Design, or related field.
• Seven years of progressively responsible learning and development experience.
• Experience designing and facilitating learning for adult employees and managers.
• Experience partnering with leaders and subject-matter experts to assess needs and implement organization-wide learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive, organization-wide learning and development strategy aligned with priorities and values.
• Conduct needs assessments using performance data, compliance requirements, feedback, and trends.
• Design, develop, facilitate, and improve instructor-led, virtual, blended, and e-learning programs.
