Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum ten years of experience in organization development or talent management.
• Strong MS 365 Office Suite proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee program plans for Talent and Organizational Development.
• Lead curriculum development and delivery using multiple modes.
• Partner with department leaders to align programs with retention goals.
• Manage stakeholder communications and report on progress.
