Cardinal Health is seeking a Consultant, Learning Business Partner (LBP) to diagnose performance gaps and influence learning strategy. The role applies consultative skills, instructional design, and AI-enabled tools to create, implement, and sustain effective performance solutions across programs.

The LBP delivers instructor-led trainings, content creation, and training processes while partnering with business leaders to maximize learning value and program outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred
• 4+ years of experience in adult learning design preferred
• Strong consulting skills and project management experience
• Experience in instructional design and facilitation, including Zoom/Teams

Responsibilities

• Act as a learning and performance consultant to assigned programs, diagnosing needs and recommending learning solutions
• Partner with leaders to influence learning strategy, scope, prioritization, and timing
• Exercise professional judgment to challenge assumptions and guide decision-making
• Own end-to-end planning, design and deployment of learning strategies across modalities
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and business impact to improve outcomes
• Support change enablement and adoption of new digital and AI-driven learning solutions
